We want you to love living with Transformer Labs furniture. From the day your shipment arrives, you have 30 calendar days to test the product in your home. If you decide it is not the right fit for your space, contact us to arrange a hassle-free return.

2. 10-Year Structural Warranty

All Transformer Tables, Benches, and Chairs are backed by our 10-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty. This covers:

• The internal heavy-duty steel telescopic slide rails.
• Solid wood structural integrity against warping or cracking under normal indoor climate conditions.
• Alignment and locking mechanism fitment.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@transformerlabs.com with your order number and photos of the item.
2. Our concierge team will email you a prepaid shipping label and schedule a freight pickup window.
3. Once returned to our fulfillment center, your full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
