1. Free Standard Curbside Shipping

Transformer Labs offers free standard curbside shipping on all modular furniture orders over $200 across North America. Products are safely packed in custom reinforced wooden crates to ensure zero damage during freight transit.

2. Shipping Timelines & Tracking

• Processing Time: In-stock orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• Transit Time: Standard freight transit takes between 5–9 business days depending on your location.
• Tracking Number: Once your crate leaves our distribution hub, you will receive an automated email with live freight tracking links.

3. White-Glove Room-of-Choice Delivery

For maximum convenience, you can select White-Glove Delivery at checkout. Our specialized two-person carrier team will transport the heavy freight inside your home, carry it up stairs to your desired room, uncrate the furniture, and remove all packaging materials.

4. Freight Inspection Upon Arrival

We ask that you inspect the outer packaging box upon delivery before signing off with the freight driver. In the rare event of visible box damage, note "Damaged Crate" on the bill of lading and contact our support team immediately at support@transformerlabs.com.
